Shipping and Returns Policy

Click and Collect is available from our store in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire during shop opening times. During COVID restrictions, please call or email to discuss collection.

Local delivery available on furniture for a charge. Fee will depend on postcode/mileage from the shop. Please call or email to discuss.

Smaller items which are eligible for shipping will be posted with Royal Mail for £4.95. Eligible orders above £65 receive free Royal Mail Shipping.

Orders are usually despatched within 2 days but please allow up to 7 days.

If you require a quicker despatch time, please do get in touch and we will do whatever we can to help with this request.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase but will only be refunded if they are received back in immaculate condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. With any Faulty or damaged deliveries, please make contact within 2 days of receiving the order. 

Commissions:

Project Duration: Any indication given by Beauty Restored of a project’s duration is to be considered by the Client to be an estimation. Beauty Restored cannot be held responsible if any project over-runs, whatever the cause. Repairs needed found or a change in requirements after commencement of work may be subject to additional fees. 

Project Payment:

Custom pieces are non-refundable. 50% due prior to commencement of work. Remaining balance is due on completion.

Cancellation of Project: 

If you the client decides to cancel the order following signing this Proposal, your deposit will be withheld.
